If my memory serves correct, I just wrapped some microfoam around the leg of the tights before putting my arms in. The wrist tape was loose enough to slide in and out of, but tight enough to still add some restriction. Always have strong scissors on standby just in case!!

Purely theoretically of course!! I use a nylon bodystocking like the one below, its like a big nylon sock you just slide up to your chest. Then, take a stretchy and breathable pair of tights, and put your head into one leg, and your arms into the other. Wrap some microfoam tape around, and tada!
