During the first Trump term, we sued the Monroe County Sheriff's Office for the 2018 arrest of a Philadelphia-born Key West resident, who was held on an ICE detainer request and set for deportation to Jamaica.

A police chief from Ohio was arrested in Florida after attacking a homeless man "for no apparent reason," according to Key West PD.

Chad McArdle, 40, was charged with one misdemeanor count of battery.

Police in Boston Heights, OH have made no comment on their chief's arrest.
