Many people participated in the initial development of LISP, and I haven't been able to remember all their contributions and must settle, at this writing, for a list of names. I can remember Paul Abrahams, Robert Brayton, Daniel Edwards, Patrick Fischer, Phyllis Fox, Saul Goldberg, Timothy Hart, Louis Hodes, Michael Levin, David Luckham, Klim Mal-ing, Marvin Minsky, David Park, Nathaniel Rochester of IBM, and Steve Russell.

McCarthy’s 1981 History of LISP paper says:

Alive and kicking own-goals, sadly

This manual was mainly written by Fox on the basis of information supplied by McCarthy and the authors of specific sections of LISP.

Sigh! First listed author is NOT the same as principal author. (Source: My 25 years publishing tens of thousands of papers).
Had you read just a little bit further:

“This manual was mainly written by Fox on the basis of information supplied by McCarthy and the authors of specific sections of LISP.”

Anybody who supports destroying museums, galleries and libraries has no place in the art world.

It is heard often, but it’s from a few most vocal (or most broadcast) women.

They claim they provide mental health support during and after the show, but former participants have said it is much too little.

I think, if there’s ANY benefit, it’s from viewers seeing what doesn’t work or is toxic.

Indeed! I almost tune out of all news now, especially when they clickbait the headline.

The so-called ‘experts’ (not dissing their credentials, but they sold out going on #MAFSAU) don’t use the term ‘accountability’ as I recall.

Only some of the participants use the term and a few of those have used obvious therapy catchphrases too, so maybe the source is self or professional help.

I ordered a ‘Stud On A Steed’, but you sent a ‘Phony On A Pony’.

Magpie tapping on the window looking in.

I get them tapping on the kitchen window if the dish is empty. If nobody is in the kitchen, then they get vocal instead.

I take it that way. If the magpies see me fill the seed dish, they sing before eating. Other times they just eat.
