A retractable sun shade that comes out of the dash and hooks onto the ceiling with MORE solar panels. Park it in the sun, but needs a way to capture photons without creating a greenhouse. In fact, also a tiny fan and vent that kicks on to expel hot interior air when parked.

20 years ago today I woke up on a couch in Houston after evacuating hurricane Katrina. Images of those days are seared into my memory.

So it's quite the privilege to be driving back to New Orleans today for a fun weekend.

I have never been a fan of roses, but my one, also Golden celebration, has been showing out this spring!

Personal map idea to extend Tarrant County Trinity Metro TEXrail from DFW airport terminal B, south to new DFW airport terminal F, and continue south to intersect the TRE rail line, Arlington, and loop back West through Handley to return to downtown Fort Worth.

An opportune way for anyone on the TRE to get to/from the airport, in addition to potential access by FW-Houston bullet train by the stadium. And if the bullet train stops at I-45, Tarrant still needs this kind of connectivity. @nctcogtrans.bsky.social

The mood hung heavy at the New Year's luncheon today. Never ceases to amaze me how close knit of a city #nola is. Everyone knows someone. It's reassuring to share that space together. Afterwards tried to go partake in the beautiful weather and a classic past time.

Been noticing the crime reduction since Chief Kirkpatrick took over. Coincidence or not, it's reassuring with all the other silliness in the city govt. But I appreciated her tenor and demeanor today the most. #nola #TexasTerrorist

I think this isn't difficult. Plenty of services already exist that validate. For example, I have an ID.me account for businesses and govt. If I'm already verified, charge me the $X.xx to link that on bsky. As long as the email at ID.me matches the email on bsky, then it's good? @jay.bsky.team

Great video! Can you clarify the role of your free SMTP? You only set up a new free email server for the demo, when normally you would just reuse your SMTP from your main domain, right? And that is just a dummy email@machine to give bsky an account to email you FROM for alerts?
