Orléans South is planned as a bus rapid transitway and not currently as rail unfortunately. That said, no solid idea when it would be built or move ahead. But I agree, it would be nice to see rail branch off from Blair to reach Innes and Orléans south of Innes.

Integration Testing continued today on the O-Train's Eastern Extension to Orleans. Trains were circulating between Blair and Trim Stations at reduced speeds and frequencies. Very exciting to see the train pass over into the 174 highway median and stations.

ICYMI: Trains were spotted running to Orléans on Saturday during East Extension testing! 🚊 You might still catch some today until 5pm. They're not at full speed and service is limited, so expect some gaps between sightings. #OttLRT #Stage2LRT

Important to note that the trains seen in the video were not running at full speed. This was an integration test in which trains were running the entire line between Tunney’s Pasture and Trim, and passing through the transition between the original and new tracks.

It’s just systems integration testing. They are not running at full speed during the video captured.
