Hobi had a Geordie accent - OKAY, I CAN ALSO SEE THIS. Let's think about Gwangju as again having a distinct regional identity, including a distinct local dialect - Newcastle matches up with this very nicely. I'll allow it.

Yoongi was Glasgow - THIS ONE I CAN ACTUALLY KIND OF GET BEHIND. Yoongi is a Daegu boy, there's a strong regional/city identity, a place that proudly stands in opposition to its surroundings - that's Glasgow, hands down. So yes, this one I am content with.

what next, let's go with Namjoon. OP had him with a Manchester accent, right? again no, Namjoon is from Ilsan, what we're actually gonna give him is the South London accent misattributed to JK - don't tell me that wouldn't suit yapper!Namjoon to a tee.

Jimin as a posh London accent? Okay I get where OP was coming from bc Jimin is EXPENSIVE, but Jimin is actual a Busan babe, so you gotta take Jimin out of London. he could have a nice, soft West Country accent, it'd bring out his sweet personality awww

Okay ppl have put that "Bangtan with British accents" on my tl too many times, and it's SO BADLY DONE (mostly). you need to match the British cultural geopolitics with Korean regionalisms, including where the boys come from, so let me CORRECT IT.
