How To Make A Killing - Glenn Powell remain despite that grin one of the charming screen presences in cinema currently. Could of done with a few stunt casts for the family members. It is just rich people suck lets have fun killing them but it is an awful lot of fun.

"Wuthering Heights" - Superficial to the extreme but my god it looks, sounds and even feels so textural. Some depth and this could of been a stone cold classic. I'm going to be blunt the Zack Snyder of romance films is best to describe it.

Kemi Badenoch and Nigel Farage want Britain to blindly follow Trump into this illegal war, even though the President has no plan for what comes next.

There is nothing patriotic about outsourcing Britain’s foreign policy to Donald Trump.

I feel sorry for all parties involved and hope they are communicating privately to better understand one another.

We need to understand that language when directed can still be offensive even if from innocent sources. We also need to understand and not sitgmitise disabilities. Davidson is not a racist but his language was racist but he cant control what his brain makes him say at times.

So thats on me and I apologise for not knowing the full story at the time of my post and now taking over a day to clarify what I meant.

I watched the broadcast late Sunday night and whilst I heard the tics I could not make out the language used. PoC have every right to be offended at the language used and are not pearl clutching.

I should clarify given the discourse that this was post was made that having heard the tics during the broadcast when I assumed this was undirected F-Bombs rather the specific issues of tics directed at the PoC presenters.

Disappointed throughly we can make a film about tourette's and learn precisely nothing from it. People's pearl clutching over possibly hearing a bad word continually is disappointing rather than the context of how it used.

Is This Thing On?: As probably noted elsewhere more a reflection of long term marriage than someones rise to comedy fame. I would say its bold in the last not being about a standout performance but in the relationship between Arnett and Dern. I enjoyed it a lot.

Rental Family: A sweet but not overly ambitious film. Person is recruited to be in people's lives, gets too close, minor consequences, their getting too close inproves everyone around them to be better. Exactly what the trailer told you.

Surely there is no need to go further than Bend It Like Beckham?

We've spent ten years being proved right about all the things the loudest, biggest voices in the UK media insisted, often obnoxiously, we were wrong about. The real kicker is that there's no consolation whatsoever in being correct. Brexit, Putin, Johnson, Truss, Trump, Twitter, Netanyahu etc etc...

28 Years Later: The Bone Temple - Sometimes hard to watch for the torture gore but considering who they are invoking you have to make Jack O'Connell's character completely irredeemable. Fiennes humanist Ian is the core of the film and in one sequence clearly had a great time.

Sentimental Value: A masterclass in words unspoken in a film about a family having difficulty to communicate with one another. Also great in telling you what is correct but making you believe something else. Skarsgård really should be leading the pack on awards talk.

While there was so much to love about tonight’s Traitors - including some outstanding barrister-on-barrister action - I think the most perfect moment was a criminal barrister being rejected by his audience for giving a truly unpersuasive hammy speech.

Bro - we’ve all been there.

Right this year I'm going to try to keep up with short film reviews as I watch them. Still I have the ranking list 65 new films I watched last year. These are a reflection of my personal opinion not meant to be a definitive list. There is no such thing objective truth in art. Given Worst to Best.

Only Captain America was a true stinker and I think my rankings are harsh on Nosfeatu currently. Pace was massive issue for me in it.

Patrick Stewart sketch: what has the ECHR ever done for us? YouTube video by The Guardian

Sharing this again as today's news programmes seem yet again full of those pushing the obscene suggestion of us leaving the #ECHR

This is why you should never even try to accommodate extremists; Watson went out of her way to avoid antagonising Rowling, and Rowling has blown up anyway, because Watson isn't and won't completely submit to Rowling's transphobia.

Linehan wearing a billboard. I've added one of his tweets to it.

"There's no such thing as trans.
There's no such thing as 'trans people'.
There's no such things as 'trans kids';
there are only abusive, homophobic parents.
And there's no such thing as transphobia."

Please make sure that everyone knows how vile and extremist Linehan's views are.
