Plenty of very large, profitable companies fail because they can't manage both the old, profitable technology and the new, innovative disruption. Ford and GM are almost a textbook example of that problem.

Right? I'm tired of reporting on it. On the other hand, it's a huge story and we can't ignore it. Ugh.
