As a die hard Jazz fan who has disagreed with like 75% of the Danny Ainge administration, the Jazz should absolutely tank next season. It’s the best move given where they are today and separate from the mismanaged last 3 seasons.

I think with the 5th pick, the Jazz need to draft a playoff quality starter. I like Knueppel quite a bit. He’s tough. But I’m worried about him being a playoff contributor.

I didn’t love Filipowski, especially at 10. Worried he isn’t good enough at one thing, although his passing is better than I expected. But is Kyle a rotation player for a playoff team? I’d still say no. I think that’s true of every non Kessler young guy.

Did you like Filipowski last draft?

Who are you in on? I think it’s almost a given that we sat Lauri in his prime to not draft a difference maker.

He plans on being available to scout about 40% of the time.

He’s got to pace himself for the full season somehow. Even if they had won, the guy is gassed with hopefully 15 more games to play

We definitely seem to be. At least Danny Ainge will have the excuse of “that terrible Derrick Favors trade of the previous administration.”

It was a Christmas miracle. Bucks went on a 37-8 run to finish the game.
