Rogers on the other hand in danger of becoming a sacred cow
25.09.2025 20:52 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Bouba so brilliant tonight. Cut above everyone else on the field #utv #avfc
25.09.2025 20:21 โ ๐ 3 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0BVB-Neuzugang Aaron Anselmino, wer ist das eigentlich? Ich habe mit Sรผdamerika-Experte @tomrobbo89.bsky.social gesprochen.

Testament to the good work being done at Racing and the visibility Wyscout is giving them.

I know he's just signed a new deal but I wonder how much of that was to protect his value
14.08.2025 18:29 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Probably influenced by the Villarreal friendly photos, but I really wouldn't be surprised to see us go for Juan Foyth as that RCB/RB role #avfc
14.08.2025 18:07 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Do you think Scaloni will start experimenting with new faces in the final two World Cup qualifiers? And who do you think could be a wildcard shout for a surprise inclusion at the World Cup?

26.07.2025 13:51 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Nahuel Herrera is a player I'm liking the look of. A proper defender's defender - sniffs out danger, physically robust, quick across the ground, strong personality.
Might not be "cultured" enough for a top team yet, but sides that have a lot of defending to do should be taking a look
Villa linked to young LASK centre back Modou Keba Cissรฉ.
A quick look at his radar on Statsbomb looks promising

He's still technically owned by Botafogo but there's no way he'll stay there
26.06.2025 15:37 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0About time for my yearly plea that #AVFC sign Thiago Almada.
With Coutinho and (probably) Buendรญa out the door, we need to fill our mercurial South American quota.
And Lyon's situation means that surely they'll need to offload.
@handofpod.bsky.social has anyone checked what full time jobs the Boca players do?

17.06.2025 16:57 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0๐ฆ๐ท | Boca Juniors and River Plate will represent Argentina at the #ClubWorldCup - and so I had no choice but to welcome @tomrobbo89.bsky.social onto the podcast to discuss their chances.

@handofpod.bsky.social For the next pod, which current Primera player would you choose to be the next Pope?
(Obviously if it was former players, it would be Emiliano Papa)
Thanks John!

Also, when will teams realise that the worst thing you can do to the national team is try to play mind games with them? This is a country that knows how to handle beef!
26.03.2025 21:39 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 1 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0What was it like to play with Conor Hourihane? And what is the most similar Argentinian club to Burton Albion?
26.03.2025 21:37 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 1 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 05. Luca Regiardo (Newell's)
Newell's have not had a great start to the season but Regiardo has been one of the few bright spots. Dynamism to play further forward and has shown good personality and maturity. Along with Silvetti and Acuรฑa, La Lepra have some real talent
4. Camilo Rey Domenech (Boca Jnrs)
Probably the most well-known of the list and someone I've been following for a couple of years. Kind of went under the radar after missing out on U17 World Cup and U20 Sudamericano but, alongside Milton Delgado, looks a real promise
3. Facundo Di Biasi (Gimnasia LP)
The type of deep-lying midfielder who likes to get on the ball and set the rhythm. Calm, recycles possession well but can also hit line-breaking passes. Good shield defensively too. Looks like el Lobo have their Miramon replacement
2. Agustin Medina (Lanรบs)
The 18-year-old ripped it up for the Reserves last year and has made the step up look easy. Good on the ball, shows plenty of personality in the build up, and quick to recover possession. Can also fill in at centre back if needs be.
1. Leonel Pรฉrez (Huracรกn)
Not to be confused with ex-Sunderland and Cambridge Utd's French goalkeeper, Pรฉrez has quickly become a pillar of his side. Huracรกn usually very defensively solid and he's ensured that no end. Young revelation of the season so far?
