I’ve been focusing my painting subjects on spooky or alternative types of art, but I’m switching gears for the upcoming holiday season and painting a series of “pretty” mini 2.5”x3.5” paintings with included mini easels. Would you give one as a gift? What subjects would you like to see me paint?

As an artist, this struggle is REAL. Self doubt visits me daily, and I often think my art isn’t good enough. Then sometimes, my art turns out better than expected, but more often than not I wish it was better.

If you’re a new artist or not please read: if a gallery approaches you & says they love your art & they are inviting you to exhibit but then find out there is a fee involved to exhibit – like $500 or $1000 – run. You should not have to “pay to play“, find a gallery that takes a % of your art sales.
