Even if it’s inefficient to match the ratio of 1910, we can at least all agree that California should have more than 100 reps right now. Yet *they lost a seat this past redistricting* because the cap basically takes a tiny pie and forces it to be shared with small states first.

I’ve never been super good with numbers, but it seems obvious to me, looking at Trump’s high approval with Republicans but permanently-sub 50% approval with everyone else that the GOP doesn’t make up anywhere close to half the country, but is treated as a majority narratively.
