i personally don't see it as a catch-22 at all. most of these projects can only be hosted as they are on itchio. visa issued the inciting complaint here and made the first ultimatum. itchio has never required anything from anyone, it is completely free to use.

itchio would never and has never just kept anyone's money. that's not a possibility at all. if payments were at any point rejected, they'd be rejected outright at the point of transaction.

Someone asked, why are there 2 more projects in $60 than $10 bundle? I noticed before, but # of people is the same for both, and # of holdouts was going down evenly -- 5&5, 4&4, 3&3. It turns out one person accepted only $60 bundle and one accepted only $10+ bundle. The strangest year continues!
