Sometimes healing feels like the hardest kind of love—the love you give yourself when you feel unworthy, unseen, or untethered. But that’s the love that changes everything. That’s the love that grows gardens inside of you, even after storms.

Here’s the thing: healing isn’t about ticking boxes. It’s messy, unpredictable, and doesn’t always come with a progress report. Some days, it feels like nothing is working—but those are the days you’re probably doing the most.

Healing is understanding that not everyone is ready to leave the mess behind. Sometimes, the darkest places feel safer than the unknowns of healing. And it’s not your job to drag anyone into the light—they have to walk that path themselves.
