I posted that this morning before I heard there will be another 90 to 100% tariff ADDED to Chineses goods. Retailers will buy the bare minimum going into January so stock up on what you want for yourself (or for the holidays) in the next few weeks. Seriously. #tariffs #retail

🤖 You might not want to think this far in advance, but this weekend & next week will most likely be the lowest prices you can find on holiday gifts in the collectible & toy categories unless you wait for Christmas week. There are more price increases coming & a smaller selection slated for November.
A brief story of the first Spirit of STL toy airplanes. The owners of Carter Carburetor were friendly w/Charles Lindbergh. Carter Carburetor bought into a toy company in North STL (1925) which would go on to produce some of the first mass produced Spirit of St Louis toys after Lindbergh’s flight!
