Mom and tell her that her kid is being a bully and make her make him stay the hell away. I don't even know if she was informed about the bullying in the first place, or if they just washed their hands when the kid "apologized".

Maybe I'm being uncharitable toward a 9 year old. But my child has every right to not have to deal with a bully, or feel pressured to be their friend. I'm going to ask for them to be in separate classes next year, too. It's honestly all I can do. Especially as a school worker. I can't call the kids🧵

Within a week of coming back to school, I'd fucking bet on it. And when he does I'm going to come back to the principal and the teacher and ask why this wasn't fucking handled in the first place. There's supposedly zero tolerance for bullying. But if the kid says he's sorry it's okay? 🧵

Like it's his fault that the kid was so upset about him not being friends anymore, it's so infuriating! I wanna shake that fucking kid and yell at him to get the fuck away from my son. But because of this, and because the kid has been "being nice to people now and not being mean" (the day after his scolding) my son is feeling pressured to possibly be friends again after winter break. And like....my kid is so kind and big hearted, but when he tells me that he's being made to feel🧵
