Also in connection to my korra art: I want everyone to know always that tlok is my favorite show ever. Is it perfect? No. Have sent my friends essays about how I'd alter seasons 1 and 2 if given the chance? Yes. Have I watched it more than anything else ever? Yes.

I want to add: I don't hate idwtbamg, I've followed kianna for years and loved the art she posted of concepts. I just hate the people who are jumping in to enjoy it only to dog pile on yet another genre made for young girls.

Watching people who clearly have never engaged with Magical girl shows use IDWTBAMG as a reason to shit on magical girl shows is my villain origin story. If you don't bring that energy to sentai/power ranger shows then let's examine why you do for magical girls?

Torn between doing something ship related or Lark related for valentines day. On one hand romance is correct, on the other my brain connects Lark so tightly to valentines day due to her initially being called hearts/love in general being a tie for her.

Looks at the DAtV playerbased about the minrathos/treviso choice.

I've been in far too many fandoms where the writers tell you exactly what's up and the fans still manage to misinterpret or find the worst explanation to demonize something.

The chloe thing was exactly it, it's super weird to make a show for kids where all the adults are redeemable but a teenage girl is eternally evil. Especially when that girl actively fought off being akumatized because she wanted to change. (Super valid on the ship. Sometimes the sauce is strong.)

I used to love this show back in 2019. I want to fight the writers so bad, I have been watching the fandom from a far keeping up with what's going and always enjoy fanart when I see it.

Had to edit something but: warrior cat women updated designs. So far yellowfang has been the easiest for me to sketch out and draw. I have ine more character I want to draw before I take a mini break.

Swings back around with more fun facts: there is a canon book in the warrior cat series where a beloved side character was revealed to have been groomed in her childhood and the writer of it tried to pretend it wasn't grooming because "they're cats"

I think about your butch cullen art so often ever since I first saw it. It's my favorite DA fandom art piece to date

I guess last warrior cat post for now before I go crazy: in spite of my love for the series it has a lot of garbage. Sexism and ableism are a constant. The treatment of women by the authors and fanbase is horrible. And disabled characters are often written like burdens and self loathing.

Oh okay one more funny note for non-warrior cat fans: the final antagonist in the first arc is confirmed to be an atheist, most leaders have 9 lives given by starclan. So he has only 1 and it makes him more killable. He's not the only important atheist in the books.

I'm going to stop here though. This book series is insane. I have almost every book that was released between into the wild and the last hope. My art development can be seen in warrior cats through 12 years of online content. Warrior cats you're insane and unhinged, I love you deeply.

6. The scene where ravenpaw finally admits tigerclaw killed redtail and that yes, tigerclaw had been trying to kill him to keep him quiet. It was well set up so not the craziest twist but damn if it wasn't chilling

5. Squirrelflight admitting she's not the mother of the three. The drama. The stakes. Lives were changed

4. Tigerstar making half clan cats fight to the death/him trying to get a grown adult to murder children. I still think about the death of Stonepelt man.

3. Yellowfang poisoning Brokentail as she admits she's his mother. Especially in the aftermath of Tigerclaw's attempted coop. Emotions were high.
