Bluesky is consistently censoring Palestinian people. There is a blatant pattern of this and you can't argue it's down to ignorance because they've been directly confronted on it.

-submitting a feedback request
-@ing moderation about it
-commenting on mods posts about it
-making and sharing memes (ex: "i consent!" sticker)
-leaving an app store review
-just generally posting about it

Bluesky put out a feedback request and despite many people voicing concerns about the changes, very concerning updates have been maintained. Bluesky has MANY moderation tools that users can utilize themselves to restrict content that they don't want to see without needing to prevent the content from being published on the site as a whole. Aside from content labels, there are user-run moderation lists and feeds so that anyone can curate their content easily. Despite this, you have chosen to move forward with some incredibly harmful policies that restrict free speech. I implore you to remove the following policies: 1) The restriction of FICTIONAL kink content. Non-con, dub-con, and “dangerous” kink content that is FICTIONAL does not harm anyone. 2) The restriction of content depicting or discussing self harm, suicide, and substance abuse. Requiring content about these subjects to only be “educational” is extremely harmful to those dealing with these issues. Stigma only serves to further endanger people in crisis. If these policy changes are not removed then I, among many others, will have to look for a different platform to use.

Because even if you make all your characters smile big and write "OH YES!" and "I'M SO GLAD WE'RE BOTH CONSENTING ADULTS" into every drawing they will find a reason to get rid of you either way

If they deem female characters sexual by default the next step to non-con is very small, especially because they're drawings and depicting consent is not black and white. They will see what they want to see, all in the name of purity and moral superiority, acting out police hero fantasies

when i uploaded a drawing of two ocs in underwear, looking at each other, bsky deemed it sexual. They weren't even kissing but all appeals were ignored.
You are not safe just because your art isnt nsfw by definition because theyre the only judge of what the definition is and they're not your friends

For those of you in Germany this is especially important as Germany's voice carries a LOT of weight and other countries can oftentimes be swayed by their decision so please, PLEASE do what you can!
