America has always been an oligarchy (rule of the wealthy few) but the concentration of power and wealth is more extreme now (in the Second Gilded Age) than in the Post-New Deal Era. Laissez faire economic policy led to the First Gilded Age and neo-liberal economic policies led to the Second.

I get 3-4 per day, usually a female in skimpy clothing. I just block them all but it does get annoying.

I love to cook but I like a lot of Southern and Southwestern food that isn’t too healthy. Probably the healthiest I cook are tray bake and stir fry recipes. I don’t know if it’s the healthiest but this week I’m making something called Sausage and Vegetable Roast.
