I always wanted to but was afraid no one would want to hear me. But they do! And now my deep thoughts and long practice are actually helping people in real ways. It feels amazing.

One thing I love about being sober for almost four years (after not being sober for much longer) is that now I’m exquisitely sensitive to natural highs.
