Now that H is back to rugby training after 3 months off due to injury, I am back to studying for the Bar in the bar.

Spare hooman had to take apart the sucky monster. It isn't all my fur! Apparently the fake Christmas tree needles might have been a bigger issue. The alpha will be pleased as she said it couldn't be my fur, as I am beautiful. #btposse

The spare hooman is sending cute pictures of us to the alpha. Probably means the bill has arrived for his car. #BTposse

The spare hooman has to take the car to the garage. It was a seriously long walk back. Found loads of squirrels. #BTposse

Come on spare hooman, stop looking at the Dartford warbler and give us the salmon treats in your pocket. The alpha wouldn't make us wait this long. #btposse

Apparently Bob and Betty cannot quite believe that the spare hooman is working from home today after two days at "work". Spending the last two days with the alpha has clearly been exhausting. #BTposse

Betty has just interrupted me writing pupillage applications. It must be nearly dinner time. #btposse

So the spare hooman did eventually take us. It was brilliant. It was even better when the spare fell over and got wetter and muddier than we did. #btposse

Do we have to go out in the cold and rain? We will be good. Honestly.

Just had my walk with the spare hooman. Waiting for Bob to come home. Hooman tells me Bob is off to the vets for a check up. #btposse

So I took the dogs for what I thought was a gentle stroll on the Common. However, they are absolutely knackered. Betty's recall has significantly improved. #btposse

When the students found out, many of them misunderstood my new career choice, and thought I was going to be serving coffee in Costa🙄 rather than advocating for their cause.

I have spent years attempting to tell students but they just don’t believe it is true. So I decided to retrain as a barrister.

So it appears that Betty my Border Terrier also moonlights as an Ewok. Not an actual picture of Betty. I don't dare give her a spear.

I have just discovered that I can watch the court of appeal live, via YouTube, on my TV. What an opportunity to watch advocacy.

My children loved them. We had them with roast chicken breast and steamed broccoli. Probably not that exciting but the teenage twins eat the lot.

I am trying your salt and vinegar roast potatoes this evening. My tummy is already moaning.

I have just washed out four zip-lock bags. Following in a noble tradition that even the late President Carter carried out according to his grandson.

Bob and Betty asked to escape the house and have a walk along the River Wey. The waters are receding.

I had a seriously wet walk today. Both Bob (patterdale terrier) and I got wet feet, as the River Wey has burst it banks in places. The walk made a welcome break from preparing pupillage applications. Heard then saw a kingfisher.
