Closing out my rewatch of the Spring 2020 CPFF with MONTY PYTHON’S LIFE OF BRIAN (1979), my favorite Monty Python film, which we watched on Sunday, April 19, 2020, the 57th film we ever screened.!

It was too treacherous last night to go to the theater but the streets were better for Movies Most Mondays tonight to see Chow Yun-Fat and Tony Leung in John Woo’s classic HARD-BOILED (1992) with a short filmed interview with John Woo after! @alamodrafthouse

I’ve finished my rewatch of THE LORD OF THE RINGS and it’s very late but I thought I’d start watching the appendices before bed. I can’t think of any movie or series of movies that can equal the supplementary features of these films.

Ugh. Because of the wintry hellscape here in Austin I’ve had to make the painful decision to watch THE RETURN OF THE KING (2003) at home instead of on the big screen at the local theater tonight where it really deserves to be seen.
