22.07.2025 18:48 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0YouTube has some awesome tutorials! Enjoy your new hobby but know that it is highly addictive and is also a gateway to yarn addiction! ๐ฅฐ
14.03.2025 21:05 โ ๐ 2 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Crochet๐งถ folks, I use Susan Bates hooks pretty much exclusively. I can't find a 7mm anywhere. Is there an inexpensive crochet hook brand that is inline and similar to a Susan Bates?
14.03.2025 21:03 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I had to stop with the news, it literally spiked my blood pressure so bad!
12.03.2025 17:14 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0I have a spinal disease called Arachnoiditis. I spent most of 2019 and 2020 in a wheelchair. I used to be very active, I had a Harley I rode daily and I loved to go hiking. I had learned to crochet when I was a teen in the 70s so I picked it up again. I'm teaching myself to knit now.
12.03.2025 17:13 โ ๐ 4 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I love the color theme and the stitches you're using! ๐ฅฐ I think my arms are going to fall off before we get through the next 4 years.

19.02.2025 13:34 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0That's so funny! I need this yarn!!! I'm a soap maker and several years ago I created a children's soap I called clown puke. I scented with cotton candy because I'm sure that is a staple of clowns diets.

07.02.2025 14:40 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0I actually went into my Walmart and Kroger apps and screen shot prices on 1-19-25.
05.02.2025 12:17 โ ๐ 3 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I love rereading books, I always find things I didn't catch the first time around. My ADHD is ferocious right now, that's why I have so many projects going ๐คฃ I literally have one in every room of my house.
30.01.2025 13:46 โ ๐ 2 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0They're really good books, I remember how excited I got when each one came out! I'm working on throws now, a Chunky one for one sister and a scrappy granny for the other๐ฅฐ I've done some amigurumi but I really like doing a mindless project just to relax and keep my hands occupied ๐
30.01.2025 13:27 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0I love audio books when I'm crocheting or knitting. I'm revisiting the Earth's Children series by Jean Auel. I'm on book two. I read the series as the books were released from 1980 to 2011.

30.01.2025 12:22 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I'm learning too! I found that crocheting my cast on stitches works best for me! I've been knitting dishcloths from different tutorials on YouTube.
30.01.2025 12:18 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Same. My reasoning is, 1 in the car, 1 small one I can carry into the Drs office, 1 in the kitchen I work on while waiting for food to cook, 1 in the family room, 1 I work on in bed while listening to my audiobook. Then 3 random ones I get out and work on when I need a change.
22.01.2025 14:35 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I love to crochet. I put on an audiobook, work with soft fluffy beautiful colors and escape from the crazy crap that's going on in the world.
22.01.2025 14:26 โ ๐ 2 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I need a 4 year supply of beautiful yarn!
22.01.2025 00:38 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0I learned from an old lady who made hers in a kettle on a fire at a national park. She had more than 1 volcano. She also had some soft batches that took forever to harden. She made her own lye with wood ash.

13.01.2025 15:46 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0I don't really have a favorite stitch, I like tight stitches that don't have a lot of holes in the fabric. I'm making a granny square throw for one sister, a single crochet throw for my other sister and a lemon peel stitch throw for myself. I have a lot of projects going๐
13.01.2025 15:45 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Me too! ๐ฅฐ
13.01.2025 15:40 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0That's going to be pretty! I love those flowers. I make small granny squares from my scraps to eventually turn into a throw, maybe I should do the same with flowers too!
13.01.2025 15:39 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I struggled with that for years. I'm a self taught crocheter. Once I found YouTube tutorials I found out I'm a visual learner ๐ and i was making a lot of mistakes. I did finally master the magic circle.
13.01.2025 15:34 โ ๐ 2 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0It's my husband's favorite! It smells just like the inscense! Do you make hot or cold process? I do hot.
13.01.2025 15:27 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0That is beautiful! Green is my favorite color!
08.01.2025 13:42 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Granny squares are a good starting place! Definitely make something small to start to see if you like it before you commit to a blanket.
06.01.2025 12:42 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Back in the 70s pet rocks were wildly popular. That was when I realized that marketing was the key to selling anything.
06.01.2025 12:33 โ ๐ 2 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0I agree! I have chronic pain from a spinal disease. I went from riding a motorcycle to using a walker in a matter of months. Crochet, I'm teaching myself to knit, gives me something to focus on besides pain.
