view from above a pan of proofed cinnamon rolls that are ready to go into the oven. generously filled with a buttery mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon, these soft rolls will make for a wonderful breakfast in the morning.

i'm baking cinnamon rolls from scratch for the first time and my kitchen smells sooo good! thinking about possibly doing a mocha cream cheese frosting >:)
