I've tried but discovered GF beer. Plus I spend a lot of time in hotels with colleagues so need to eat and drink out a lot.

I have tomasmit that historically that was the reason, but since having to avoid gluten I can't drink beer 😭 The biggest regret of my life....

I've been going to the gym for 30 years, but sadly normally went to the pub afterwards hence I haven't changed my shape 😂 But the mental benefits are huge and just think what shape I'd be if I didn't work out. (Sounds like I'm just a few months younger than you)

That's exactly what this account has helped me with. I've needed to show my penis to accept it. It's worked. I'm now prepared for outside nudism in the appropriate place. It's finding that place which is the new challenge.

We've done it for years, and Mrs62 and I are v comfortable with each others' bodies. Naked means we bare our souls as well as our skin. When Mrs62 started the menopause she wanted to divorce me but nudity kept us together because we talked more deeply naked We now love each other more than ever.

In just a few days I've slayed some demons but I really need to understand why now? I'm 63 years old for pity's sake, can't I grow old gracefully 😂
