We held another naturist swim today, first one of the year. Lovely crowd, I didn’t feel very sociable with still getting over this bug but we all had a laugh, a good swim and relaxing sauna. We didn’t even get any photos today! 😮

I’m getting there now thanks, it’s taking some getting over.

No definitely not, it is something I’ve often thought about when I see drawings of me but there’s no way we can hold a smile throughout a pose.

I always end up with a grumpy look too, all your muscles naturally relax in a pose which includes the face.
