I agree that the STATE of the law is inadequate to the moment, and that will exact a cost from us. I also think that if we stick with it, the RULE of law will eventually come out on top. In other words, keep acting as though the law matters, and it will.
It's a complicated issue, which is why experienced lawyers like Courtney and Evan are thinking and talking about it and folks like me who went to law school 20 years spout off on social media :)
