Single-cell level characterization of B cell depletion and repopulation following rituximab in systemic lupus erythematosus Objective Rituximab, a CD20+ B cell depletion therapy, is frequently used in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). I'm very pleased to have two lab positions open this week, to join our team looking at immune regulation in infection and co-infection. We're especially interested in tissue-based immunity, cytokine regulation and immune metabolism. Join us! Postdoc (3y) and research technician (12mo) posts open.

Sorry, I just re-read the ENA email: β€œWe would like to inform you that your studies have been made public with all associated data. Please be aware that it can take few days for this to be reflected in the ENA Browser.”. It looks like we need to wait for a few days before it’ll be searchable.

Frontiers | Deep sequencing of BCR heavy chain repertoires in myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome

Our new publication on BCR sequencing in ME/CFS, adding to the evidence of an increased usage of IGHV3-30.

Much more immunological research is needed to understand the many lines of evidence indicating immune-mediated or autoimmune components to the disease.

Donate to WHO’s Emergency Response Health Can’t Wait. Your Support Saves Lives Today.

Thanks Madhu, yes I was able to confirm that. Their donation website appears to be donate.who.foundation. I’m simply being cautious and trying to find out whether money donated through the donorsupport.co link actually gets to them. Do you know if it was WHO foundation that set up that link too?

I was unable to find any information that donorsupport.co was a legitimate website? The root URL has no website, and the domain registration is anonymous and only approx 4 years old. Is this a site that others are familiar with? Hopefully it is legit?

It’s wonderful to be at the University of Glasgow today to examine a viva. I think the last time I was here was 18 years ago for my own.
