They clearly see strong risk with the European market for whatever reason, thiaw being an exclusion but they'd been scouting him for about 30 seasons. I can understand samu being risky - looking at gyokeres sheer unathleticism, despite the stats. Ramos, though is UCL proven, probably my favourite.

Ramos and samu I can deffo get behind, but we both know there's no chance our recruitment team will look in Europe.

Honestly, 6 goals in Europa league for a team with 0 distinctive play style or managerial influence - if we can get a reasonable price then I don't see a better option (assuming Wissa and JSL fall through)
