I do not think in the year 2025 that we should continue to accept a reality which sees women paid just $0.75 for every $1 men are paid for doing the same job.

As a Canadian, serious question: what are Americans doing to stop this? Court challenges are not enough when rulings are ignored. So then what?
The "peace candidate" Trump wants to force 2 million Palestinians from their homes, give another $1 billion in weapons to Netanyahu, and enact a "plan" to turn the decimated Gaza strip into a billionaires' Riviera.
If this is his "peace" policy, I'd hate to see his war policy.
