Slovenia bans import, export and transit of weapons to and from Israel

"In such circumstances, it is the duty of every responsible state to take action, even if it means taking a step ahead of others" 🇸🇮

Reconsidering trial evidence and the standard of proof applicable to the reparation stage, it determines that but for the crimes Mr Lubanga was convicted of, the child soldiers would not have experienced harms from sexual and gender-based violence, and allows them to qualify for reparations.

The ICC Pre-Trial Chamber has found that Hungary failed to comply with its obligations under the ICC Statute by not arresting Benjamin Netanyahu when he was in Hungary.

The Court refers the matter of Hungary’s non-compliance to the Assembly of States Parties.

In January 2026 a magistrate in #Belgium will decide if Étienne Davignon is tried for his involvement in the murder of #Lumumba.

Davignon, 92, is the only one still alive of 10 Belgians accused of taking part in Lumumba's imprisonment, transport, & death.

ICC judges open Art 87(7) proceedings on non-cooperation by Hungary, which will now have to explain its failure to execute the #Netanyahu arrest warrant and surrender request.
Expect Hungary to rehash Mongolia's arguments re Putin—if it decides to
