I can’t paint a light strip over wet paint 😬 it would smudge everywhere, I mean that’s kinda cool if that’s the effect you’re after, but it’s not what I want in this one

Rainy weekend means it’s a great excuse to stay indoors and paint! Started working on this black canvas, working backwards, filling in the light areas first. Looking forward to seeing how this one evolves.
Hm I do by and large stick to the plan, the works do evolve of course but they are build up from the ground up, so the large scale plan does stay
