It's more measured and clear-eyed than the original document and quite a contrast to some of the effusive optimism in the plan
Some of the things that caught my eye 👇
So sad, and so scary to read this about the decline of the chemicals sector. This is where i started my career... one Ammonia IV by products on Billingham site, Carbon Dioxide number 3 plant. Bubbles for Coca Cola, (b1979, no ladies loo for female engineers?!)

Had a great day all. Amazing what you can learn from making ... in batch at first... paper aeroplanes.
So today trying something not tried before. . Introducing idea of batch and Q; and flow to a room of analysts. How many others out there fed up of waiting for an informatics request? So let's see what we can learn today. (Might of course also go horribly wrong)
Having a fun afternoon. Me and the wonderful Maeve prepping the Aeroplane game! What learning can we share with analysts about flow and team dynamics tomorrow by making paper planes...
