Abby has a family history of stomach cancer. it noticed some bleeding & has been dealing with stomach pains for a while. when it went to see a doctor it was given a referral for a colonoscopy. to set up a colonoscopy, Abby needs to have someone who can drive it there & back & watch it for 24 hours

the mechanic doesn't really incentivize creativity so much as it rewards showing off rare shit. still, it's fun to make them.

don't get me wrong it's really cool & fun to pull a shiny Pokémon or a beautiful full-art card but like. what if this new Wurmple card goes best with this Fall-themed display board? what if i just want to put a regular Scyther cuz it's my favorite? what if i have a funny idea for this Spoink card?

one thing i find myself disappointed in wrt TCGP is the Community Showcases. like on paper it's a really fun idea: show off your favorite cards in beautiful customizable displays for ypur friends to see. but the only ones that see any big interaction are the ones featuring ultra-rare cards.
