The part that confuses people I think is how much of upper back is primarily used for moving and rotating scapula (and thus humerus).
I am a gym rat and I disagree, upper back muscles are quite simple (besides traps they are more complicated) theres roughly 1 function per muscle. While your legs are freaky complex, think squatting activates both quads and hamstrings.
How do you input what to communicate? Touch screen dont work underwater.
