I think I get what you're saying. That because female chests are considered "sexual" and since you lean more towards a feminine aesthetic despite having a male avi, whenever you're bare chested it's automatically re-moderated by a moderator? Do I have that right?
I do wonder what they deem "dense" pubic hair. I should take a look at the examples that are in the link
From what I understand, this is why there is clarification to the moderation to prevent that from happening as well as to give the moderators a break. That's why there's that caveat about repeat offenders and locking accounts.
