My first introduction to Cave shmups and wow yea this was a brutal bullet hell for sure. Will take some time for me to learn and attempt to 1cc down the road but for now I can appreciate the good music & graphics with an exhilirating tight experience this offers.

Great first impression for the A series as I was mainly going into this one for Benkei and her route most definetly delivered, but Azumi route really took me by surprise at its approach it took and Sayaka's being more Kazama Family focused that I enjoyed.

Really neat 90s Internet Simulator with its ideas on digital conformity still holding scarily true to this day. This chaotic online world with its obtuse puzzles was just as fun as it was compelling.
Clannada Gensou Shoujo ✅
Every detail has some reference with the player playing as the Girl and robot from the illusionary world. The amount of love and respect towards Clannad and still making this bullet hell challenging is genuinely so well done while being short and sweet.
Hishou Ayu: Dreampainter ✅
One of the most unforgiving shmups I've ever played and it being a spinoff from Kanon is genuinely a recipe for a favorite of mine off rip. The Taiyaki beam is so funny lol.
Re:Kinder ✅
The other Parun work I wanted to get to and yea the poignant discussions on mental illness was really profound. Am definetly fascinated with the creator between this and HPS that I wish they could've seen the impact they have made on the RPG Maker scene.
Heisei Pistol Show ✅
I'm not one who has delved into RPG Maker games all that much but the way this game bleeds its heart out with an obtuse yet straightforward message with its metatextual elements left me in awe. It's an unique experience that I certainly will remember.
Uma Musume: BNW no Chikai ✅
Neat diversion on focusing on different characters and honing in on their internal struggles alongside a nice trio dynamic. Looking forward to season 2.

Finally gave this show a chance after many telling me to watch it and honestly I didn't think much of it at first but as I progressed it grew more on me especially those last 3 episodes or so has me looking forward to the following seasons.

Very short yet charming pnc indie game that I've come to really like. Has a lot of soul put into it with some nice minigames and a surprisingly dark undertone, yet wholesome nonetheless.
Kuro no Kiseki II -CRIMSON SiN- ✅
A game that I find undeservedly overhated for something that doesn’t “progress the overarching narrative” when this is a very interpersonal entry that adds layers to the foundation that the previous game has set that I cant help but cherish
Interstella 5555: The 5tory of the 5ecret 5tar 5ystem ✅
Being a companion piece to Daft Punk's Discovery and directed by Leiji Matsumoto it creates an inconceivable fusion of a house musical phantasmagoria and an innovatively vivid silent film that has left me in awe
Kuro no Kiseki ✅
A return to form to the allure of introducing a new setting in Trails and reaffirms what makes this series so endearing and captivating to me. Easily my favorite introductory game to a Trails arc yet and I can’t wait to see more of Calvard.
Trails into Reverie ✅
An ode to trails and western zemuria in every sense. I love everything about this game and I can’t believe that I can now say farewell to everything these 10 games have offered and it all culminating in this quintessential entry. What a special game wow.
Trails of Cold Steel IV ✅
It has been a long journey. I’m surprised that I’m able to say that I’m done with the Cold Steel saga. Am stoked for what Reverie has to offer but I’m finally done.

Only read the manhwa btw the novel is probably way better and actually more well thought out cuz the manhwa is albeit very wholesome it got repetitive very fast plus art took a huge hit in the middle cuz asurascans dropped it. Ending was very rushed.
