We'll never get a full accounting of his criminal activities. He'll destroy American democracy and install himself as a lifelong dictator. This is a negative and cynical comment, but I am afraid it may turn out to be the truth.

•Section 9 forbids suspending The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus
•Section 10 forbids ex post facto laws
