On this day last year, we released the first episode of Metropolis. That means... gosh, it's *our birthday*? One full year of our little audio drama!?

Gosh do I have a love-hate relationship with audio editing. It's great to get things the way you want them, but the anxiety to get there – the feeling that you might let all the work you've done to get to this point down – is pretty rough! #audiodrama

You're absolutely right that a lifestyle built around dissolute self-indulgence would suggest some very unhealthy people!

The way I've always thought of it – Metropolites are extremely unhealthy, but they're thin and unhealthy because they're vain and they're constantly abusing stimulants. 😂

I started over my listen of @luxradium.bsky.social which is great. Also went back and listened to an older story arc I like from @midnightmanuscript.bsky.social and attended an animated trailer premiere and Q&A for @howitends.bsky.social for their new season coming up! Great time!

I really wonder how the characters of Metropolis look in people's minds. I give very few cues about how any of the characters look – all you basically know is that Oliver dresses well and Nan has forearms you wouldn't want to mess with. It makes me curious...
