Agree with Babykins. They come in prefold, velcro, pull-ons, and all-in-ones. I have pull-on ones. They're pretty reasonably priced, and they have sales every now and then.

Someone, I think on Tumblr, recommended that if you're going to wear 24/7, you should have a stock of 2,500 diapers on hand at any given time. That may be a little excessive, but I think the point is: it's hard to have enough, and you can never have too many.
