Another hige blow to our ability to provide high quality primary care at my hospital (if you even can find a PCP). We can't get patients in to specialists in a safe/timely manner; now they are making it virtually impossible to ask them for clinical advice.

CVS and MGB want to join forces to expand primary care in Mass. - The Boston Globe The effort would encompass 37 CVS locations in regions where primary care is particularly hard to obtain.

Professional suggestion: get a HUGE life insurance policy before getting primary care at CVS. My hospital, Mass. General Brigham is starving & pressuring the primary care doctors, so they leave, and now is replacing them with nurses at CVS minute clinic...
