But I’m not neutral of gender… my gender is woman the gender typically but not exclusively associated to by the female sex.
So by forcing me to use a gender neutral facility they are stripping me of my Article 8 freedoms

If we are honest they always had the momentum in policing.

That they can’t answer a simple question by stating something like “the protest would be policed in the same way as any other protest to ensure freedom of expression and to ensure the peace was maintained at all times as the law demands” is astonishing and makes me think the barrister want to lose!
