I was using 5mg for ~6 months, and then bumped to 10mg for the past ~6 months. 5mg was effective, 10mg I think has been even more effective.

it's tough to get through a doctor. I only know one guy who got it through a doc. It's not a conventional prescription. He had high blood pressure + balding + contraindications to other blood pressure meds.

There are other sources though, if you are willing to go the non-prescription route.

I haven't had any other noticeable side effects.
