Encima tú que estás acostumbrado a la comida gourmet (la que tú cocinas)... Ha de ser duro 🥲 Ánimo.

Acabo de merendarme una endivia con hummus, mezcla de pimientas, sal y un chorrito de aceite y no esperaba que fuese a quedar tan bueno.

Yo sé que puedo porque hace años lo hice y estuve como 2 años haciendo ni que fuera este mínimo y me ayudó mucho con la salud, pero luego pasó el COVID, yo dije "me tomo estas dos semanas de descanso" y... 💀 Hasta hoy.

Esto de hacer 15min de ejercicio y llevar más de una hora con la cara roja no lo echaba de menos. Pero al menos he hecho ejercicio. El plan es hacer mínimo estos 15min al día durante 21 días por eso de crear un hábito. A ver cómo lo llevo.

Ayer me fui a dormir muy temprano porque me encontraba mal pero hoy me he despertado a las 10 y fantástica. Un descanso reparador, una mañana super bien aprovechada y la tarde va en el mismo camino. Ojalá pudiera ser así de funcional a diario.

Ya hace tiempo escarmenté un poco y empecé a pensarme más las cosas pero se ve que todavía no es suficiente.

Qué grave lo que está ocurriendo con Shogakukan. Un autor de manga, Shoichi Yamamoto, fue detenido en 2020 por agredir sexualmente a una menor, torturarla y grabarlo. Shogakukan el mismo año publicó una obra del autor, Daten Sakusen.
