Home tickets should be the same system for members. Went to try and get tickets for the Everton game the offer day, was 2000 in the queue and still didn’t get a ticket. Should just do a ballot straight off

Wouldn’t let me call my team β€˜For Farkes Sake’ last year. Bastards!

UTA dropped Bob Vylan but represents Chris Brown just so you know where the line of acceptability is

I grew up loving many things about the US. I maybe didn’t understand many of the things I do now, but it still was nothing like this. What an awful, awful place it’s become. I definitely won’t be going there again while the current regime is in place.

Would you say this is the high point in terms of management of the club? Probably should fold the club before they mess it up

This is precisely what happened. The same effort, over and over again, with Democrats and Republicans. But America was finally weak enough to simply ignore and its president idiotic enough to go along with it.

Just 0.2% of all millionaires moved to another country in 2024, but news outlets around the world spun this into a β€œmillionaire exodus”. 11,000 news pieces were published in 2024 about an exodus that did not exist.

What do we think?πŸ€”

Hmm…. A Daily Mail headline so clearly designed to make you furious.

Being shared by salivating Tory MPs who love a good rage farming story!

So, what’s going on here?

Let’s take a look!πŸ‘€

All part of their plan. PSR was never intended to equalise and protect smaller clubs from overspending. It was always the aim to allow the top clubs increase the gap.

This is what I find strange about F1 fans. Like football fans can be known to be pretty (very) tribal, but I’ve never known a football fan who doesn’t complain about his own team/players who play for them

Is the Β£100m budget due to PSR or just a guessed number? We spent Β£100m when we got promoted last time and everyone says we’ve got more to spend this time around?

Would definitely take Kelleher but also look at someone like Fabianski who is on a free

Quite apart from anything else, this a major opportunity for UK higher education which we are currently doing our best to neutralise.

I think the majority of Tory voters who went Lib Dem already did it at the last election, if they weren’t going to switch then, not sure they would ever.

Villa, who stayed up purely because the goal line tech wasn’t switched on, moaning about refs costing them the champions league. Maybe keep your heads down, lads

25.05.2025 18:12 β€” πŸ‘ 16    πŸ” 1    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

No, formation lap won’t count. The Budapest situation was cars going from inters to slicks, so wasn’t to get around a regulation, but to get onto the correct tyre.

24.05.2025 07:11 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

Also, if no safety car, Monaco is a short lap, you’ll be pitting the second time into blue flags and being a lap down. Race over.

22.05.2025 15:39 β€” πŸ‘ 5    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

His decision making is the biggest issue. That’s what separates most PL players from the rest, they know what they are doing before anyone else. Like chess players, they anticipate the play. Any delay then you just get picked off in the prem as the defenders are just as quick (in the head)

22.05.2025 15:37 β€” πŸ‘ 3    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

All those players are strong though regardless of size, he’s not. I’m happy to be proved wrong but he’s already had one full PL season with us in which he was woeful, and a championship season in which he was adequate. Adequate doesn’t cut it in the PL, adequate gets you Leicester and Ipswich return

22.05.2025 14:25 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

Let’s also remember that he’s had a season in the PL with us that ended up in relegation, in which he was useless. While the EFL might be more rudimentary when it comes to physicality, the PL is quicker and stronger so unless he bulks up further over the summer, he’s still far too lightweight.

22.05.2025 12:40 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

Changing at the end of the formation lap won’t class as a set of tyres being used so they would still have two to make. I very much expect some to stop at the end of lap 1, however.

20.05.2025 05:04 β€” πŸ‘ 7    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

I don’t think it’s any coincidence that we looked stronger at the back when it was Ampadu/Roden in both the last two seasons. Struijk is a fine backup but I think he’ll be exposed in the PL

16.05.2025 08:11 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

But there’s basis behind getting Milner in, unlike KP. He’s like Byram, will be able to fill in when needed but will be the ultimate pro off the pitch, show the others what work rate is, and just be a good influence to have around the club. He’s nothing to prove unlike KP who does

13.05.2025 17:25 β€” πŸ‘ 2    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

I like most of what I’ve seen him say so far, but don’t agree with his view that we should exit NATO. Now more than ever, all forms of alliances should be looking to be strengthened, not weakened. It’s not quite Brexit, but it’s still alienating yourself from our closest neighbours/allies
