TL;DR Maintainers pay with blood, sweat, and tears... consumers pay with uncertainty and risk... and customers can pay with their wallets (assuming the open source project introduces a suitable business model)

Oqtane has monthly releases and is consistently one of the most active .NET Foundation projects in terms of contributions. The Marketplace continues to add products and releases... however, like most open source projects, documentation is not at the same level as commercial products.

The dotnet/razor repo is not represented as it is not in the master list of .NET Foundation projects (dotnetfoundation.org/projects/cur...) however this appears to be an oversight.
