This week's sketch class subject was a fern, done on large format watercolor paper and with trichromatic pastels (we had a choice of only three colors to use). The walk home almost destroyed it because it's soft pastels but it survived! So fun 🙂🌿🎨

Today I took some professional headshots of a friend, and I am so honored that she asked. She's a retired Hollywood actress returning to the stage soon, and she's the coolest, sweetest, lady who is a creative force. So, so honored. Never would've imagined this! 🙂

I started a new trivia team for Monday nights and since it started 6 weeks ago we've come in second place everybweek. Tonight we finally broke thru to 1st place. Small victory, but a needed one at that, for the mental health.

We beat our cross-country rivals tonight 3-1 (we hardly ever win against them). I got our first goal, a shot from the goal line by the boards and it went in off the goalie's pads 🙂 I love odd-angle goals SO MUCH. The mvp award went to my teammate who scored the other 2Gs. We rocked it! #WomensHockey
