Last year I was on the verge of burning out. This year I delivered a plenary at the IATEFL conference. The moment I stepped on that stage I knew this was special, this was what I love doing: communicate the science of learning to a large audience. The article captures my academic identity very well.

New marking rubric resource: A collection of rubric templates for assessments used at the @uofgpsychneuro.bsky.social at the @uofglasgow.bsky.social. The resource also contains instructions on co-creating a rubric with AI and integrating a rubric into the VLE.

Twenty exam scripts (up to 1500 words each) is the max I can mark in a day and so I'm pleased that for the next two days the load will be 15 scripts/day to get marking done by the deadline on Monday. Almost there!
