Sometimes I like to casually drop, “That’s so sigma!” or “Slaaaay” when I’m driving my tween and her friends around just for the cringe factor. The giggles and eye rolls are priceless. Highly recommend it.

Whew! “One line a day”journal complete for 2024! It was my very first time trying to #journal every day- an experiment to improve my episodic memory. It was a complete success, so here we go 2025! Highly recommend the practice - here’s the book I use, purchased from The Strand.
Love this practice! I also pick a word intention for the year- I meditate to receive it. :) Believe it or not, my 2024 word was also simplify!
