The Acolyte is a perfect prequel for the Anakin Skywalker fall story. When I first rewatched The Phantom Menace after seeing The Acolyte a few times I realised how beautiful a prequel we now have to the prequels.

Rey is not a Mary Sue. Palpatine returning was immediately explained by a Hobbit. Luke was down temporarily & returned. Phasma was never going to be a badass huge character. Snoke's purpose was as a catalyst for Ben Solo. Finn was never becoming a Jedi. The Star Wars sequels are THE BEST. ♥️♥️♥️

The Knights of Ren were formed after the fall of the Jedi Order and the rise of the First Order, during a turbulent period in the galaxy that followed the events of the original trilogy. Their creation is closely tied to Kylo Ren & they may well have been pupils at Luke's failed Jedi Academy.

Grogu will have been baby Yoda all along. I think that's why at the beginning the creatives wouldn't even acknowledge the term yet by the making of Season 3 documentary Filoni is flat out calling Grogu, Baby Yoda. That's alright with me.
